A low-fructose summer – low-fructose drink
After so much delicious food – a salad and an ice cream to be precise – you should also have a drink. So here is another cool low-fructose summer drink that is really delicious and that I like to drink on hot summer days. It also tastes very good for non-intolerant people. And, for example, during the European Championships or on warm summer evenings, you can turn the recipe into an alcoholic drink with gin.

Lime-honix-basil lemonade
Ingredients
- 750 ml Mineral water / soda water
- 3-4 EL Honey substitute
- 5 Stem fresh basil
- 1 Lemon
- 1-2 Limes
- 1-2 Handful Ice cubes
Instructions
- Dissolve the Honix in 2-3 tablespoons of hot water.
- Finely chop the basil and add.
- Squeeze the lemon and add the juice.
- Wash the limes well, cut into slices and add.
- Pour in cold mineral water.
- Add ice cubes.
