It’s finally here: summer. A little late this year, but what is as usual this year? Anyway, the hot season is synonymous with stomach ache, at least for me, because I have a fructose intolerance and don’t want to give up certain things… For example, ice cream or cool summer drinks.
Now that Reneé Hanslik from Frunix is producing all kinds of fructose-free products in addition to the sweets we have already reported on several times, Reneé and I have put together three cool summer recipes for you. Naturally low in fructose. I have chosen three recipes that all have Honix as an ingredient because I have recently become a total fan of this honey substitute or rice syrup substitute. I’ve never been a big fan of these rice syrups, but Honix has somehow done it to me this summer. And I was able to convince Reneé to give me a special nmi discount for you.
If you order on frunix.at by July 20 and enter the discount code “nmisommer”, you will receive a 10% discount on your order.
The summer recipes
We start with a summer salad, where the dressing is the key to success.
Of course, the salad tastes best with fresh ingredients. If you have a vegetable garden, you have a clear advantage. But a local farmers’ market also has these products, usually fresh and regional.
